To assemble attach main body to table and screw untill it stays in place. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Push the a trashbag through the ring leaving a bit at the top to hold it in place. With ring and bag in place align the groves on the bottom of the holder with the main body. Push in and turn to lock it in place, the trashbag will stop the ring from coming loose.
