Hi guys!

I designed printable case for yoRadio, designed to match the PCB from Dariusz (yoRadio Polska community). The case features a sealed internal speaker chamber with passive radiators, improving bass response and overall sound quality.

Features:

  • Dedicated enclosure for yoRadio PCB (as on photo)

  • Integrated 2” speakers + passive radiators for enhanced bass

  • Slots for 5x1 mm magnets in cover and speaker grill (pause print to insert, look at photos)

  • Mounting points for M3 heat-set inserts (M3xL6xOD4.5)

Components:

  • ESP32 S3

  • PCM5102A DAC

  • PAM8406 amplifier (2x5W)

  • MP1584 step-down (12V → 5V)

  • 3.5" LCD (ILI9488)

  • Encoder, Wi-Fi antenna

  • 12V 2A power supply

Notes:

  • Pause print to install magnets

  • Use heat-set inserts for assembly

  • Ensure good sealing of speaker chambers for best audio
