Two disclaimers.
1 - This blaster was designed around a 400x400 print bed. I still need to work on shorter bars that can fit on a more normal print bed.
2 - Files are provided as-is. It's pretty easy to put together, but I don't have an assembly video or directions at this time.
Thanks,
It's been a few years since my LHTCUBL Tranche 2 was released, and the hobby has made some advancements that I wanted to incorporate. I also wanted to re-do a few things and generally make some improvements to fit and finish. Without adding too much hardware along the way. I'm pleased with how it's turned out, so I'm releasing it for people to enjoy!
The blaster now features:
Tracked bearing prime inside the uchannels providing a seriously smooth prime.
Updated to use the narrow springs that are all the rage.
Easier servicing - just remove the buffer tube stock and a couple of pins and you can easily remove the plunger and ram assemblies for easy maintenance and lubrication.
120mm draw. Reduced from LHTCUL T2 for my current sensibilities. T2 was just too long and too powerful for most games.
A substantial strengthening pass. The priming bars have been replaced with a beefy bar that doesn't flex under high spring load. A 3rd U channel along the top contributes to making the blaster stronger than before. Pins in all the right places to keep everything secure.
The stock is now adjustable out of the box, while keeping full compatibility with buffer tube stocks.
