Long story short, my deck has a few massive screws over penetrating by several inches. Knowing me, I'll poke a hole in my head or decide I don't need depth perception....these solve both of those risk.
I eye balled the screw size but I would guess they were 7MM-ish, made the center hole 4mm of the cap with some reliefs. Also printed with only 15% infill and really light supports (honestly just more 'meat' for the screw to bit into). Worked perfect. In theory could be resized for any screw. I probably should have made the hole tapered though, more of a margin of error if you guessed too small.
