This is a vertical mount for the DJI Osmo Action 5 in its waterproof case. Should fit Osmo Action 3 and 4 as they're said to be the same dimensions.
Besides the printed piece, you'll need an M5 nut and a screw, I sourced mine from another older camera.
As this goes underwater, I recommend printing with 100% infill and use PETG.
Sample in the photo was printed using Prusament PETG Galaxy Black, 0.25mm layer height, structural preset (Prusa XL), but it should not be sensitive to that.
No supports are needed, orient the model so that the front-facing surface is on the bottom.
