Servo controller to control a servo in two positions. Input is via 5V for servo power and 5-12V signal to position the servo. When signal is present, servo moves to 0 degree position, when signal power is removed, servo returns to preset position set by trim pot, 0-180 degrees.

Pictured with super cap and diode to enable it open vent and turn on fan when power is present and turn off fan and close vent after removal of power. Behaviour is predicable until cap almost fully discharges, a low voltage cut off module may be necessary. In normal config with constant power and a switched input voltage, no issues have been encountered.

3D files have been created simply to illustrate working of PCB module and while functional have not been optimised.

Requires:

PCB circuit files and project folder

120mm fan with M4 bolts

Standard sized RC servo with mounting screws

2xM4 bolts for servo with heat inserts

Note: files have been updated to those use in photos to fix some issues, notably the valve disc clearance.
