Designed to save shelf space and eliminate dealing with the cardboard flap every time you need a Qtip. Simply slides on package after removing cardboard flap. Designed for the package in photo, will likely fit off brands but has not been verified. Printed with fuzzy skin on only front face for aesthetics. I printed with no infill standing up as it is in use, I would suggest others use infill as the large face is hollow and did warp a little without it. I'm not reprinting though, works perfect for our needs.
