Here's a collection of silly silly shells I came up with, with more probably coming in the future.

U turn shell: The dart can ONLY be loaded in the "Front" (non blaster) end of the shell, putting a dart in the backside will probably just get stuck. Print with no supports, the two ends of the shell on the build plate.

Crooked Shell: The dart tube inside the shell is off by a few degrees, meaning this shell will never fire straight, Print with no supports and the back of the shell on the plate.

90 Degree: I have no idea if this will work, I didn't test it, The dart can ONLY be loaded in the Front end of the shell, Print on the small 45degree edge on the inside of the angle. Definitely no supports inside the dart tube, you may need supports on the outside though.

Silly Saber: My first attempt at a telescoping design, Print with the front side on the plate, no supports. This may not work for you, depending on the tolerances of your printer.

Dual Shell Adapter: 1->2 shell adapter. Needs a higher fps blaster to function, my fate could barely fire two single half dart shells. Print with orientation and supports as shown in the image,

These are a work in progress, I decided to make all of these in the last two days before the first so if something doesn't work properly, know its because I love to procrastinate

Edits:

4/1/26: Im already on v6 of the silly saber, when Im happy with it ill post a finished multicolor picture
