This profile may not be the perfect configuration but my lk4 pro has some changes from stock:
Bigger board fan so the board cools better and allows to print faster and longer.
bed cable holder that allows it to not disconnect especially with fast speeds.
Magnetic bed that is maybe lighter than stock.
(this profile is not getting any updates due to me switching to a direct drive extruder)
