This project started when my girlfriend wanted to make some wings for a cosplay. We couldn't find a model online that we liked so I designed my own. You can configure it any way you need to. It uses some aluminium pipe I bought at my local hardware store as well as some bolts. It is surprisingly sturdy and rigid.

She made the wings themselves from EVA foam and attached them to the harness using some fabric and hot glue.

All files were printed on a Core One.

Parts:
- Harness. This is what you wear on your back and to which all the other parts connect to.
- Connector. Connects the wings to the harness itself.
- 45° Bend
- 90° Bend
- T-Split
- Y-Split
- End Cap

Print instructions:
The design requires a printbed of at least 250mm by 167mm.
All parts were printed in PETG but if you're willing to compromise on strength PLA would also work.
Layer Height: 0.15mm Structural preset
Supports: Only for 'Connector'. Use organic supports for the underside and it pops right off.
Infill: 50%

Materials:
- Aluminium pipe with outer diameter of 16mm. Wood might work as well but the weight will add up.
- M4 bolts. I used M4x30 which are slightly too long but still work.
