This bracket is designed to mount a rotary encoder on 210x400 lathes. The entire design, assembly, and installation process is shown on my YouTube channel (link to the channel in my profile). The video is titled “NanoELS: Turning a Manual Lathe into a Smart Lathe.”
Note: In my case, this part was 3D printed in stainless steel using SLM.
