Half letter sized booklet spine and cover. Fits us letter (8.5x11in) folded in half (5.5x8.5in). The top most and bottom most holes allow for elastic to be run throw to create a "travelers" notebook. I was able to get three elastic cords in mine (obviously did NOT cut them long enough to tie properly) allowing me to add half letter booklets (mine are staple bound).
