I designed a stand to set Logitech Z200 speakers horizontal, for under-the-monitor usage. The stand angles the speaker drivers to point diagonally towards your face. The stands elevate the speakers enough so that the rear leg of the speaker barely touches the surface of your desk. These may work for other computer speakers if scaled appropriately.
CAD file is attached (FreeCAD) if you want to modify the model any for yourself.
