The text on the dealer button that came with my poker chip set wore off, so I made this one that won't. Print the button and text in different colors and glue the letters into the button. Smooth down and shuffle up.
Make two and glue back-to-back for a double-sided button.
Print with 100% fill and ironing to add heft and simplify the sanding.
