Starting out with Model 1: Stores 8 SD, 4 microSD cards and includes a space for a USB card reader.

Insert footprint is 57x92mm.
Printed in PLA, I don't remember any special settings used. Insert fits just snug enough to be able to remove if necessary so its a bit loose when installed. Use a bit of folded cardboard to keep from rattling about.
