I used this calculator https://www.domerama.com/calculators/3v-geodesic-dome-calculator/ for a 3v/58 not flat base model joining struts were strips of 12mm ply cut to 12mm strips and then ends angled to the settings on the calculator
Parts need to be printed as structural, and can be with out support I would reccomend something tough, PLA works but they can snap if forced hard.
