I designed and created a functional pencil box as my project, starting with a simple utility box and adding hinges for smooth opening and closing. In the next stage, I improved its usability by hollowing out the interior to create storage space and adding a snap-fit lid for easy and secure access. Finally, I scaled the box up from 50 mm to 15 cm to make it more practical for everyday use and added colors to give it a stylish and eye-catching look. Overall, the project was creative, hands-on, and enjoyable, and it helped me learn a lot about designing and building something useful.
