I recommend printing this model with random seems and staggered inner seems. These two settings significantly improve a print's ability to hold liquids.
Side note, are the ants not going for your sugar-based bait (e.g. Terro)? Mix it with peanut butter! In the spring time, they are searching for protein and/or oil.
