The factory lock for the folding lever wears out over time and unlocks itself when riding. This works like a sleeve to keep it from unlocking itself.
If you want it to slide freely on the handle bar scale it to 101-102% in the slicer.
You will need 3 M4x25 screws + locking nuts (not what's in the picture) to mount it.
Pretty much nailed the form of the handle bar so this can also be used to model accesories that clamps around the bar. Might also fit other models from E-wheels.
