This is my very first upload of a 3D model so bear with me if something is missing or to much ;)

Printed with 0.2mm layer hight and PLA. Larger layerhights will influence the fit of the dovetail connection (test print recommended)

Just like the original design from JayS, there is a middle, a left and a right spice holder which you can combine to any spice rack length. With this concept I could print up to 18 trays on a Prusa MK4.
You can print this without manipulators or support. This is possible since I chamfered the dovetail connectors and added "micro features" around the countersink bore. The micro features forces the slicer to add walls there, making this area stronger.

The countersink hole is for M4 or M3.5 screws but due to 3D printed holes not being round  a M3.5 or M3 will do best.

I provide a fusion360 file, which is parametric. I named my sketches and important features so you should be able to figure out which parameters to change..but here are the 3 most important. The parameters are also described in the parameter list.

The green arrows show, which features you need to suppress in fusion360 to get rid of either the dove tail or the dove slot. This way you can create a left or a right Spice holder

For those not working with fusion360 I added STEP files of all 3 variants plus one for single use (no connectors)

Happy printing!
