Needed a switch to change the charging mode of my EV charger. Switch encodes 4 position: low, medium, high and solar charging. First 3 set different charging current, the solar option charges with excess solar production.

Positions are encoded using 2 standard zigbee door/window contact sensors mounted inside the box. Encoding and processing done in Homeassitant. Placing the magnets on the cam disk was more tricky that initially anticipated. Many mall adjustments were needed to make switch reliable/consistent due to its play in the resting positions.

Print the box that most fits your application and one of the lids, labeled or blank. Also print one dial and cam disk. Its possible to use 1-4 springs. Springs should be glued in the lid. Springs can be printed a little thicker to finetuned the rotary feel (note: springy part is a little recessed, you might need to change the face that is on the print bed). Dial and cam disk are mounted thru the lid with a 4x30mm screw. Lid is mounted using four 3x20mm screws.
