A fully parametric OpenSCAD reducer designed to connect a ~4" duct to a ~2.5" outlet. I built this to adapt the exhaust from a Creality Falcon A1 (~60 mm ID) to an AC Infinity inline fan (~102–103 mm ID). The model uses matched inner/outer chamfers to keep wall thickness even and print support‑free on FDM printers.
You can adjust the inner diameters directly:
inlet_ID = 103; // ~4" side inner diameter
outlet_ID = 60; // ~2.5" side inner diameter
For my setup, 103 mm was slightly loose on the AC Infinity fan; 102 mm would likely be perfect. I tightened the fit with a wrap of painter’s tape and it sealed well.
Printed on a FlashForge Adventure 5M Pro in PLA Pro (grey). No supports required. Print time was about 1 hour.
This was written with the assistance of Copilot, I am constantly blown away of just how easy it is for these models to create OpenSCAD/parametric models for this type of stuff.
As I went to post this it looks like there are a few other models on here, but I didn't find them because I was originally looking for a 4" to 2.5" reducer, if you find yourself trying to use this with a Creality Falcon A1 take a look at some of the other models as well which appear to have arrived at a very similar design.
