PIKA Print In-place Kinematic Assembly

This 3D printer makes things so small you literally need a microscope. Actually two microscopes because 3D. It is perfectly functional, but there has not been a lot of research in this area, so don't expect an easy time of it. This is V0.02, m'kay?

To simplify development it will run on any CNC or 3D printer controller hardware capable of driving NEMA17 stepper motors, provided that you have control over the use of max and min endstops. The author uses GRBL on an Arduino but things like Marlin work too.

The principle is that a small probe (which you can easily make) is used to either engrave thin films or deposit tiny droplets of UV curing resin - "Nail Gel" is best, as conventional resins do not cure well in air.

To complete the printer you will need two PIKA drivers for the X & Y axis and a PIKA Z axis driver with a probe. An extra 3mm thick NEMA plate is included for using with shorter NEMA14 motors.

As with the original RepRap, it's all made with common, off-the-shelf parts.

Assembly, documentation, utilities, Prusaslicer drivers, and latest source code are on github https://github.com/VikOlliver/RepRapMicron/wiki

May the Force be with you.
