Suggest printing in PETG or a filament with some UV resistance.
Uses 5-off x 5mm diameter, 2mm thick neodymium magnets. Install the magnets with the poles all facing the same way so they don’t fight each other… Use superglue to bond the magnets permanently.
I fixed it to a loop on my bag with a small cable tie.
