How it works:
I replaced the top tab with two different-sized holes. The cord feeds through the large hole and then the small hole. The smaller hole creates enough friction that the cord stays tight on its own—it's easy to pull tight, but resists loosening.
Why it’s better:
No hardware needed: No knots or plastic cord locks required.
One-way tension: Pull to cinch your gear down and it stays put.
Silent: No rattling plastic parts or loose loops.
Printing:
Perimeters: Use 4 or 5 walls for strong hooks and 100% infill
Material: PETG or ASA recommended for outdoor use (though I have tried PLA).
