Gaggia Classic Pro / Evo / E24 Lamp Replacement

It's nearly impossible to get replacement Gaggia neon bulb assemblies, so here's a replacement design.

Parts:

• 18 AWG silicone jacket wire

• BN 0.75 (22-18 AWG) crimp ferrules

• 230 VAC Neon Lamp - 5mm x 12 mm or 5 mm x 13mm https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3256805272160130.html

• Heat shrink tubing
  ⌀3 mm and ⌀8 mm (2:1 or better) or ⌀10 mm (3:1 or better)
  ≥125 C continuous use rating

• This 3D Printed Snap-In Housing

  

Print Details:

• Material: HDT 0.45 MPa of at least 95 C (PC, ASA, PA6, PA12…), white is ideal

• Designed for 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height

Slide wires under black retaining clip with the lamp opening facing forward, then snap the area between the guide rails into red lamp clip.
