RSO Steyr /01

3D model description

The Steyr RSO/01 is a German multi-armor tracked truck that was created in response to the needs of German troops fighting on the Eastern Front. The first pieces of this car were built in 1942, and shortly after, series production started, giving rise to approximately 23,000 cars.

In order to speed up development, the RSO was based on proven Steyr 1500 truck components and many elements of German half-track transporters. The vehicle was characterized by good off-road characteristics, but the maximum speed was limited to only 30 km/h.
