I was gifted a paper version of this folding gift box and thought that it could print well (similar to the folding gift bow). I only found ones for sale so I reverse engineered my paper one. It came out just as I wanted.
It is 0.4mm thick, I printed it at 0.2mm layers in PETG. While it was still hot on the build plate I quickly released one side at a time and bent the four sides at the bottom of the box. The print is 227 x 244 mm, I have not tried XY scaling it, I would assume that it would work?
The base is 50 x 50 mm and the internal height of the space is also 50mm. The STL does not have the text, you can easily add it in your slicer. I made my text the same as the box height i.e. 0.4mm.
