This is a combination of 1/2" EMT conduit hardware that ive made for various projects. All parts with screw holes are made to work with M3 hardware and 5.5mm square nuts. The ID of the splined holes in these fits snugly on the tubing. If you want the part to slide more easily, scale it up slightly. For many applications the friction of the fitment is enough where the clamp screws are not needed.
when using the screw clamps, one side of the holes is 3.5mm for a m3 slip fit, and the other side is 2.6mm for a m3 tap size. put the screw in the larger side, and screw it into the plastic to cut threads. for very high loads, you can add a nut to the back side of the 2.6mm side to take the load off the plastic threads.
included in this upload:
a hook for hanging conduit from ropes or adjustable cams. This comes from a plant grow light project (WIP). The model includes a 1mm tall brace between the top sides of the hook. This can be cut out if you just want to use the hook, or left in place to prevent c clips or carabiner from falling off. Print with this feature flat on the build plate.
an extended curtain rod. Mirror this part for the other side, holes in the mount fit #8 screws. Print with splines vertically, and solid face on the build plate.
a compact curtain rod. This fits well inside of a window casing, same design printing and screw holes as the extended version. print with wall mounting holes flat on build plate.
a rounded end cap. you must debur your tubing for this to fit, designed to fit the factory ID. scale as needed if your tubing is our of standard spec, should be a friction fit. print vertically
a pointed cap / spike. This is used with other parts in this upload to make planter stakes for large pots. though it could be used for anything you need a point for. Print vertically for best compressive strength.
a planter stake mount. There are 3 versions included, one with a 0 degree lean away from the pot center axis, one with 5 degrees, and the last with 10 degrees. Print them with the flat side down. This part works with the above spike tip, an the below netting hook to make a functional plant support system.
a scrog net hook. Mount one or more to a stake to create a tie point for a net or support strings. Print with hook facing up and splines vertically.
a stake tie-down. Similar to the scrog hook, but closed with a hole to make the part stronger.
a foot mount. designed to be used vertically on the ground as a foot, it can also be attached to a wall to constrain pipe movement, it should not be used for high loads in this orientation though since the force is on the shear plane of the print lines.
a shop light mount. This is part of another project of mine. It connects cheap shop lights from home depot together with printed clips on EMT rails to make customizable grow lights for seedling starting.
there is also a folder uploaded here with related parts. These are not EMT conduit parts, but do relate to the parts above so you dont have to search around for the light clips and other printable files should you want to use them too.
