Plastic parts mounted outdoors have to be replaced... My ventilators lasted almost 20 years, and was in need of replacement. These ones have been used for 3 years now, without any issues. The list of parts is not complete - I have reused the see-trough plexi top and screw (M7) as well as the inner part + rubber gasket.

I used supports to print the ventilator, and it was printed up side down. This will ensure that the rubber gasket has a smooth surface. The other side (with the supports) has a rough surface, so to protect it from water freezing to ice during the winter, I painted this side of the ventilator , using a spray can. This should prevent water from entering into the material which could lead to cracks when the water freezes.

Printed in PETG with 100% infill.
