Two part system that easily fits together. Work best with 1 m long LED strip. I recommend to use IKEA product VATTENSTEN ( white one, it can be plugged in to usb) or KABBLEKA (3 m long, can be cut for shorter length. Plus it can also change the instesinty of the light).
I recommend to not use anything else that produces heat.
Also use those collies that are more bright than dark. For exemple white, yellow, orange, red and blue works pretty well. But for exemlpe green doesn’t.
