Remix of carriage to shield the bolt along its entire length and bolt 5mm shortened to my specific need. Modelled as both a single acting or double acting locking carriage.
Print: PLA solid fill 0.2mm layer with base only supports (0.3mm top gap) and 5mm brim. Printed orientation as per the 3mf upload.
If a smoother finish is required then print 0.1mm layer and slow down the print head to achieve the desired surface finish.
