A small 3D-printed upgrade kit for the NZ-1 hand winding machine. The original machine uses an M10 threaded shaft with simple plastic cones, which makes it difficult to clamp smaller coil formers securely. This modification adds a rigid drive faceplate, interchangeable cones/adapters, and a hand-tightened clamping nut.
The parts are designed for small hobby coils, transformer bobbins, relay coils, sensor coils, and experimental radio coils. The faceplate is printed in two pieces and glued together; it is fixed to the shaft with an M4 grub screw.
