Roller for SmartDrive. Ideal material seems to be TPU 90A with the following print settings:
6 wall loops
80% infill, cubic
Random/staggered seams
Some fuzzy skin to add texture/grip
Should fit the original brackets as well as the printed bracket from my other model. Requires additional hardware:
3/16 ID x 3/8 OD x 1/8 W bearings (R166-2RS)
3/16 x 2-3/16 (55-55.5mm) metal rod (impossible to find, need to cut a longer one)
Optional 3/16 ID x 3/8 OD washers (#8) if you want tighter roller spacing
