You can use this template to locate the screw holes for your Blum HK Door Bracket. The two stls file have the same hole locations. I just realized the "non-small" one was unnecessarily big, and made a smaller one. (But since the photo is of the bigger one, I uploaded them both.) To do both sides of the door, you'll need to print one normal, and one mirror image.
Important: This template was designed around a no face frame cabinet, with a door overlay that was 16.4mm on the top, and 14.8mm on the sides (Those overlays came from 18mm thick plywood cabinet, with gaps of 1/16" (top) and 1/8" (sides). Your cabinet overlay may be different! I've included the Fusion file if you need to modify it.)
