Print in a temperature & gasoline-resistant filament (PA6/12, PPA, PPS, etc. GF/CF filled) @ 100% infill, 0.16mm layer height, & 4 walls/perimeters. No supports are required for the Elbows if properly oriented (see attached image #3); however, the Nib will require supports.
If you are not using the brass insert version, skip this step: Lightly sercure elbow & use a solder iron to sink an M6 insert (e.g. https://a.co/d/0dzL9O0K) into the 8mm hole (drill out if undersized).
Insert the Nib into the Elbow (see attached image #2) using a temperature & gasoline-resistant glue or RTV dependeing on your printer's tolerance (slip-fit vs. press-fit). Install the appropriate o-ring onto the Nib.
Secure the EVAP purge solenoid to the Elbow & the Elbow to your manifold w/ appropriate M6 socket head bolts & washers. You will likely have to make/modify your EVAP purge solenoid hose to accommodate the Elbow.
