This is a Molle attachment for a small fire extinguisher from Amazon. I specifically modeled this to attach to a panel under my seat in my car, although this could attach to any Molle panel you may choose. The slots are 1" (25mm) wide by .125" (3mm) tall. The backer plates (the small rectangular flats) are meant to be used as backers for nut and bolt hardware. I used M3 x 16mm button head screws to attach them. With my extinguisher this clips in firmly in place, but I recommend testing on yours to see if the diameter is the same. Mine came out to about 2.85" (about 73mm)
