Designed around 1/4-20 thin-profile nuts. I'll say it again: this print is for thin-profile nuts, not the typical ones you'll find in a hardware store! Originally designed to secure things to t-track but be able to reposition them later. The basic dimensions of the nut are:

Width (across the flats of the nut): 7/16"
Height: 5/32"
The exact nuts I used are here: https://www.mcmaster.com/94805A029/

Two print file options are available, one of which has an overall lower-profile than the other. The grippy "knurled" part is 10mm tall on each. Overall dimensions are:

Diameter: 25mm
Low-profile height: 12mm
Regular height: ~18.75mm

Print settings
Printer: Ender3 v2
Infill: 20% cubic (probably many other patterns are fine)
Ironing: topmost surface only
Brim: none
Note: Print with the largest diameter down.
Note: When slicing, add a pause to the print just before the nut cavity gets covered up. Mid-way through the print you'll have to drop the nut into place and resume printing. I like to stage the nut on the print bed before printing starts to warm it up a little.
