This is a small piece that can be printed in place with tree supports. I have only printed this once, it came out well but the tolerances on the thumbtack where a bit tight so for a better fit you may need to slightly bore it out with a pocket knife like i did or adjusting the scale ever so slightly may help. I also recommend printing at a high infill percentage for better strength for its size.
