The mount uses existing holes on the X axis gantry where the thin metal cover is mounted. The camera is an inexpensive DIY camera from amazon. The camera holds well to the mount without a fastener, but you can use a small screw to attach the camera to the mount if you want. Just attach the mount to the gantry and plug the usb into the printer's control tablet. You may need to add the camera on your printer's Fluidd interface in settings and reboot the printer. Print the mount vertical with tree support.
The camera link below is not the exact camera I am using. Make sure the camera you choose has the correct specifications. For example, some of these DIY cameras have auto focus and different fields of view. The camera I use is not auto focus.
