This print is designed to be fast and cheap to print to help you hone in settings to get crisp details on your first layer. Perfect for when you are printing art pieces directly on the print bed.

I was personally having issues with blurring of colors between walls and bed adhesion when printing items such as coasters and wall art directly on the bed plate. I needed something to test settings that fast with organic, geometric, and text details on it.

This model is only .6MM high, with the top layer having an embossed text you can edit with the settings for the print that you are changing. Perfect for when you want to test a bunch of small changes but need to keep track of what is on each swatch.

Each print only takes about 10-30 minutes (10-15 average for .04 nozzles) and uses only around 5g of filament including purge on a single nozzle MMU printer.

The left side of the swatch has some organic shapes with thin infill, the center has more geometric straight lines and curves, while the right side has numbers in varying heights as a stress to help dial in expectations for small fonts.

The main settings that I changed to dial in were as follows, but play around to find what works best for you:

Layer height 0.2mm
Nozzle: .04mm
Wall Generation: Arachne
First layer line width: 0.4mm
First Layer Wall Speed: 30mm/s
First Layer infill speed: 30mm/s

I am including the step files for those that wish to tinker with the raw model.
