This is a quad Anderson Power Pole Panel Mount with assembly and disassembly tools. The punch out is a 1/32 DIN (22.5 x 45). The power poles are meant to be flush on the outside. The power poles are press fit and the mount includes a retaining hole (you're going to need to do some hand work on this) that takes a piece of 1.75mm filament.
