Killer Instinct Dual MOD

This is the complete Open Hardware KI Dual files and guide to create and install the Killer Instinct Dual mod on KI1 PCB.  I created the 3D print files for the respective areas from scratch to help simplify the installation of the mod, not have parts flapping in the wind, and the shell for the power tap.  
You will have prints with the logos on them and others will be blank.   
The measurement tool is just to be able to easily cut 15pin and 16pin headers.  Just slide the pin header in and you should be able to see where your side cutters should go to cut the respective length and qty needed for each one.

The guide is pretty comprehensive.  I had a few people review it and one did an install so I think it should work out fine.  The Kit Edition is the shortened version for those that got kits from me.  I had no way to send guides out due to the size.  The kits are a one time run due to the minimum order quantity for some parts.  Check Arcade Projects forum for more info.  

UPDATE July 19th, 2026 - Added the PCB Support model in its own listing cause of the number of parts.  This PCB support was designed for the Universal Acrylic case you in the photos of this project. Print recommendation:
CF Mount Print - I recommend printing vertically for the least amount of support.  You will still need support, but not as much as if you print flat.

Switch Mount Cover and Switch CF Clip - Print flat, no supports.  

All others - should already be facing the correct direction for optimal printing with no supports.
