I got tired of losing bolts from my mini-adder when the plastic fletching would break off so I whipped this up in tinkerCAD.  Best printed in PETG but PLA will work too.  Print with at least 6 walls and orient infill 0/90° to length of bolt.  The insert end feels loose but this is by design.  A single drop of super glue holds it in place very well but heating the aluminum shaft with a torch will break the glue loose to allow for easy replacement.  Expect these things to break so be prepared for it but at least this way you can print off a replacement and not loose the whole bolt.  Pic shows replacement fletching along side original.  Printed on my U1 in about 7 minutes in Sunlu PETG with Sunlu PLA for supports.  PETG seems to hold up better to multiple shots than PLA does but you can even print with TPU if you want.  TPU doesn't seem to fly as fast or far and I think the flex just wastes too much energy.  PLA is a bit too stiff and the slight bit of flex PETG has makes them hold up better.

Update:  I added in a slightly revised version that is friction fit (bolt_fletching_495) instead of glued in.  Personally I prefer the glued in version as it allows me better grip on the bolt when I pull them from the target but the push-in friction fit ones are much easier to replace when they break.  Your choice which you prefer.  Both print off exactly the same.
