This is a Fan-Powered Wind Chime.  It's designed to mount to a 0>25" (~6mm) rod, I used a plain steel rod from Lowes.

The first two pipes(bells) play twice a rotation alternating.  The remainder play once a rotation, spread out equally over the whole rotation, but 45 degrees out from the first two.

My recommendation would be to use 4-6 perimeters for strength, I might even suggest that the clappers should be printed only as perimeters.  I'd print the clapperballs with at least 50% infill to ensure they have some heft to them.

I've also included instructions - based on what I've been able to put together so far, so they may change a bit.

garden-carillon-3d-pd.pdf is actually a 3D file, so you can rotate around and view it from different angles

One More Thing, I might suggest you rub wax into the camshafts

I've added an adapter to use metal pipe instead of the printable plastic ones as they're just not that resonant.
