This is a replacement part for the Meross MSG100 Garage Door Opener.
The MSG100 is an odd shape and does not provide any options for mounting, despite being a wired in device, other than double sided tape which might not be ideal.
This new base plate replicates the original but provides exterior through-holes for screws. A quick, low cost print, maintains the same look and footprint as the original.
The model should also easy to modify if you did want to adapt it to your own needs.
Simply disassemble the unit (4 #1 Phillips screws + clips) and re-assemble with the new part.
Just be gentle with the WiFi antenna, which joins the top shell to the PCB.
Only takes a minute to do, and non-destructive - can easily be reversed back to the original part if required.
Some other Meross products appear to use the same shell, for example, the MSS710 and MSS715. The MSG100's successor, the MSG150, also looks to use the same casing. This base plate I assume would work for these as well, although this is not tested.
