Tolerances on the cylinder itself are relatively loose to allow a wide variety of models to fit. Base should be more than capable of supporting heavier uchiwa's. Original FreeCAD file (.fcstd) included so you can adjust it to your needs, but beware, it's messy (first time using FreeCAD, sorry!).
