EZE Breeze Windows Vent Spacer

A printable replacement for the small plastic vent spacer used in Eze-Breeze 4-track porch enclosure windows (Item #7 on ezebreezedirect.com). If you've lost or broken a few, printing them yourself is faster and cheaper than ordering replacements and waiting on shipping.

Dimensions

• 34 mm long × 8 mm wide × 3 mm thick

• 6 mm wide rounded top

• Two Ø5 mm through-holes, 8 mm center-to-center

• Small 2 × 1 mm locating notch in the bottom edge

Material PETG or ASA recommended since these live in a porch window and see sun and temperature swings. PLA will work short-term but will get soft on a hot day and eventually go brittle in UV.

• Layer height: 0.20 mm

• Infill: 50%+ or just solid

• Supports: none
