Tie a string from the loop on the crane to the pendulum piece and add magnets. I personally made all the pendulum magnets facing one polarity, and I tried several symmetric variations of polarity in the base to achieve the longest wobble time. I have had more success putting mostly opposing polarity on the bottom of the stand (the bowl). Try not to glue them in until you're sure you like it. You can also print different pendulum heads to try new variations.
