Notes

You will also might need spacers to adapt the 2060 extrusions to the FCU brackets. I used these from GxMech

The original plans call for a 783mm 2060 extrusion for the vertical support for the FCU and Gear Panel. I think this is a little short for everything to fit cleanly. I also feel the total height is a little short for my setup, So the leg lengths (385mm & 314.2) and the vertical 2060 may need to be changed depending on your setup,

I altered the design on my pedestal by removing the gaps between the sections in order to save space. I'm not sure I would do this again as it limits the ability to place the vertical profiles where I want them.

I also added a second 2060 profile to create more stability. It works, but things start to get a little tight since I shortened the overall width.

You can order the EU1030 from Alibaba retailers for SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper, but your experience may vary. I ordered a few meters of profile when I started this project and haven't received them 3 months later. Got the parts from JLCMC in about a week.

I 3D printed all of the brackets in PETG and they seem to work okay. Be a little wobbly.

I have now machined the 90* brackets from aluminum and it has added a significant amount of rigidity to the pedestal.
